Smoked Turkey

$8 per person

Using 12-15 pound turkey breasts, I inject the turkey using a butter, garlic, and hot sauce mixture.

Then I dry rub the outside with white pepper, kosher salt, and paprika.

The breasts smoke for approximately 2-4 hours.

Wrap with foil to finish, then carve by hand!


Fried Turkey

$8 per person

Using 12-15 pound turkey breasts, I inject the turkey using a butter, garlic, and hot sauce mixture.

Then I dry rub the outside with white pepper, kosher salt, and paprika.

I fry the whole turkey in peanut oil at 375-400° for 40 minutes. This turkey is a big hit at most parties - perfect for an appatizer, or served cold.


 

 

 

 


All meats are supplied by Meadow Meat Co. in Middletown, CT and are also available to purchase by the pound (precooked and frozen). Pitmaster Chad Cyr is certified and insured.
