My most popular product next to the pig roast!

Slow-smoked pork shoulder, seasoned and mixed with my own sweet and tangy BBQ sauce

Boneless pork shoulders are rubbed with coriander, cumin, paprika, chili powder, garlic, brown sugar, kosher salt, and black pepper.

Then, the "butts" are smoked for at least 12 hours at 200°.

Next, they go under foil wrap to finish.

Once soft, I pull the pork by hand and add barbeque sauce.

All meats are supplied by Meadow Meat Co. in Middletown, CT and are also available to purchase by the pound (precooked and frozen). Pitmaster Chad Cyr is certified and insured.
