BBQ Chicken

Cajun rubbed and slow-smoked. Your choice of breasts, legs and thighs or 1/2 chicken. |

From whole chicken to boneless breast, I can prepare all cuts of the chicken. |

Using a brown sugar cajun rub, I lightly season the chicken. |

Then smoke for up to 2.5 hours at 200°. |

I cook my chicken breast 'till medium rare in the smoke, then foil pan and wrap the breasts to finish slow. |

The result is boneless breast that isn't dried out. |
All meats are supplied by Meadow Meat Co. in Middletown, CT and are also available to purchase by the pound (precooked and frozen). Pitmaster Chad Cyr is certified and insured.
